Catholic Identity
Pope John Paul II High School will continue to develop faith formation opportunities
for students, staff, parents, and alumni in order to effectively carry out its mission
“to communicate Christ” to others.
Ownership/Governance/Administration
Pope John Paul II High School will establish an Advisory Board consistent with
NCEA guidelines and Diocesan policy to assist with carrying out the school’s
long-range strategic plan.
Curriculum
Pope John Paul II High School will create and implement a curriculum plan designed to
engage students in the teaching-learning process, form the foundation for a successful college experience, and to prepare them for the increasingly complex world in which they will live, work, and pray.
Technology
Pope John Paul II High School will create and implement a three-year technology plan designed to provide the school community with state-of-the-art infrastructure, hardware, software, and curriculum integration opportunities to ensure that a JPII HS educational experience exceeds expectations.
Staffing
Pope John Paul II High School will continue to recruit, hire, and retain qualified individuals committed to personal growth and dedicated to the mission of Catholic education and Pope John Paul II High School.
Finances
Pope John Paul II High School will create and implement a long-range financial plan that will provide processes and procedures to ensure both growth and financial stability.
Building and Grounds
Pope John Paul II High School will design and implement a campus master plan to include capital improvements and daily maintenance in order to provide students
a safe, secure, and productive learning environment.
Enrollment
Pope John Paul II High School will continue to improve its current Enrollment Management Plan by expanding recruitment, admissions, and retention strategies
that are designed to grow enrollment to optimal numbers.
Advancement
Pope John Paul II High School will build upon its current Comprehensive Advancement Plan to enhance efforts to market for image, enrollment, and resources
in order to augment the financial assets required to prepare students for successful
post-secondary school experiences.
